This one is killer.  For an insane work out, do the entire 6 workouts and end up completing 395 jumping jacks, 250 high knees, 45 burpees, 50 alt. lunge jumps, 18 squat jumps, 3 minutes of jump rope, 290 butt kicks, 40 front kicks, 6 min. of jogging and 30 lateral hurdle jumps.  It takes about 50 minutes to do all. by shelly
