Lemon Dill Roasted Zucchini. Kind of out did myself on these ~ super easy & flavorful! Quartered zucchini & cut into chunks. Threw into Pyrex dish, added maybe 2 tsp garlic olive oil (just enough to make stuff stick), sprinkled with salt, pepper, dill, onion powder, & garlic salt. Squeezed 1 lemon on top and stirred it all together. Bake 425 about 20 minutes until zucchini are tender. by samanthasam
