Cute! Grapevine wreath (thick is better), rubber snakes of various shapes and sizes, a few cans of black spray paint, glue gun or wire for anchoring, and small bottles of red and green craft paint. Spray paint everything black, weave the snakes in place, wire/hot glue where anchoring is needed, then do another light coat of spray paint (to cover wire/glue). To add dimension, go back and re-paint forked tongues red and eyes green.
