Meanwhile, put some olive oil in a skillet pan and sauté the onions. Add garlic and black beans along with a half cup of water. Turn to low heat and cook everything for 15 minutes. Add corn and mix it up. Stuff the peppers with this mixture and sprinkle them with cheese. Broil until the cheese is melted.
