HECK YA! Can't believe I found this! 3/4 cup ketchup 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup honey 1 tsp cider vinegar 1 tsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp onion powder Mix the ingredients in a saucepan and cook on medium heat. Let it boil for about a minute and then take it off the stove and let it cool for a little bit. Make sure to stir it every once in a while so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.

Coat chicken pieces in cornstarch, dip in egg, then fry til golden. Drain. Pour Sauce (1/2 C honey, 4T ketchup, 1/2 C apple cider vinegar, 1 T Soy sauce) over chicken. Bake @325 for 30 min.

Bourbon St.Chicken-6 frozen chicken pieces, 1/4 tsp ginger, garlic, 1/4 c. apple juice, 1/4 C brown sugar, 2 TBSP ketchup, 1 TBSP cider vinegar, 1/2 C water, 1/8 C soy sauce: Place frozen chicken on bottom of cooker. Mix remaining ingredients pour over chicken. Cook 8 hrs LOW, shred chicken to a "pulled pork" consistency. Ladle over bowl of brown rice or place atop a whole-grain bun.
