Pina Colada Overnight Oats 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 1/3 cup almond milk (I found an Almond Coconut Milk made by Almond Breeze) 1 teaspoon chia seeds 1/4 cup pineapple chunks 1 Tablespoon slivered almonds 1 Tablespoon shredded coconut Mix all ingredients together in a small jar.
