two minute mug brownie  i just made this, it was delicious! i cut the recipe in half for a smaller portion and it was still a lot! added chopped walnuts (because i like nutty brownies!) and mini dark chocolate chips (because why not ?)  it was a bit too sweet (and i ate without icecream) so i would cut down on the sugar next time, or omit the extra choco chips by berta

I think I cooked the goo too long. Cook it just long enough for it to blend together nicely, then stop. I ended up making caramel, and it oozed everywhere when I cut the rolls. One note though: after drying off the hotdogs, I put them in a bag full of corn meal and shook it until they were coated. Because before doing so, the batter just slid right off the hot dogs.
