Paleo Recipe - Slow Cooker Beef and Sweet Potato Stew Made this for dinner on Sunday and it was really, really good. You have to know your Crockpot and how it cooks to adjust cooking time/order properly. In mine, meat cooks fast, and veggies take awhile, so I do veggies first and add meat later on in cooking process so it doesn't get tough!
