I love this birthday chart using the kids pictures instead of just bulletin board cutouts. I may have to do this!
When I have kids, I want to make them one of these and give it to them when they're 18.
Rainbow Loom. I don't have one myself but I know how to make them. I borrow the bands from my friends though (I think I have more fun with them then they do!).
So you know how they have things like this in every grade until third grade? Well, then they just stop. I think they should have them in every class room in every grade. Reminders would be nice, no?
If it weren't for the price, I'd buy this.. but instead, I think I'll just make it. My boss says we have to dress up on Halloween night, so I think I'll be Pocahontas!
Lego Iron Man...I think I want this...for the kids. Yeah, the kids. I may even let them play with it.
Turtle brownies!! I know I won't make them. I just like to look at them and think about them.
You may not feel much love from all those in your life Jacob but I'm glad you tell me you know I do and your happy I make it a point to show you. I know how much it hurts to have a parent or step parent act like you don't exist just because they think they are perfect and you should be the one making them feel loved when no it's our job to make you feel our love. I love you very much.
I think instead of making my own summer to do list I might just use this one. It really has some great options and a good variety.
i told the kids i'd make them rainbow outfits this summer..
This book, "Art" by Patrick McDonnell is a wonderfully inspiring book about what exactly "art" is. I like to read this book at the beginning of the year to inspire kids and make them think about what they will learn in Art class.

SUMMER SQUASH COUSCOUS WITH SULTANAS, PISTACHIOS AND MINT, This sounds good but I worry about having pistachios in the apartment. Maybe I can buy a snack portion or something so I don't have to keep them around. Also, I wonder if you can use quinoa instead of cous cous. May be healthier.
Between road-trips, carpools and a million errands, kids spend many hours of their life buckled up in the car. Our recent Summer road-trip inspired me to create a DIY Lap Tray that could work for crafts, activities, snacks and even a nap on-the-go. Now that I have one made for Clare, I want to make one for everyone, including myself!Ready to learn how to make a DIY Travel Lap Tray? I think this one could be our next great go-to birthday
Ideas for Riley
Peacocks and purple lillies, my new favorite things :) May just have to get married one day so I have a reason to use them lol
Taste just like Sour Patch Kids candy..a must try this summer. Much healthier than the candy. I am going to have to try this one!
