Group smaller objects for big impact. Here I hung six mirrors to make one large wall accent above the sideboard. That give interest,

add a bamboo shade that is hung closer to the curtain rod than the window to give the illusion of a tall window. I would have gone with one large bamboo curtain for this.

Great idea for our small walk-in except make the double robs smaller so there's a spot to hang dresses, put a shelf above the bottom rod, and maybe a full length mirror on the door. I love the drawers because it hides the clutter, but shelves would give a little more wall space to hang things such as hooks or a shoe rack
One day I will go to a flea market in the states and be able to find all these cool mirrors to make a wall out of too....we just don't have the cool flea markets up here in Canada!
I love making mini crafts. Objects that are small and cute are just so much fun to me. I like the challenge of trying to make something smaller than usual. So recently when a friend asked if I had any ideas of crafts for girls to make for their dolls
This chair, above, will make an impact on how spacious your home feels. It has two features that make it a good choice for a small room. One, the arms are slender and tighter to the chair. Big rolled arms just don’t work as well in a small space. The second feature are the legs, which take up a less visual weight.
Instead of a gallery wall, try a large piece of art that makes a big impact in the room. Add interest by hanging it from the ceiling with this tutorial from LoveGrowsWild.com!
Make an impact with large design, pattern, and colors into your space by creating an easy DIY diamond ripple wall art piece. Paint one diamond in a different color from the rest for a bold accent look.
I will make this for my backyard one day. All the books that made a significant impact on my childhood.
Need to define a space more? Give it a bigger impact? For $30 or less, this criss-cross accent wall will do just that - and its not as hard as it looks. Criss-Cross Accent Wall via RainonaTinRoof.com
This is my PARIS themed master bathroom. On the color chart, paint your ceiling the shade lighter than your wall. I removed the large mirrors the builder put and spray painted Hobby Lobby mirrors and hung them. I got a lot of my nic-nacs from PARIS, Las Vegas. Not been to France. (yet!)
Grey, white, & yellow nursery. Why This Room Works Gray and yellow make a fresh, unexpected palette for this room that was designed to welcome a girl or a boy. A polka-dot pattern painted on the walls increases a sense of height, with a plush rug adding inviting texture underfoot. We hung wall art that features darker shades of gray and black to add depth and interest.
i guess instead of having a whole entire wall of mirrors that this would be enough cuz its still big enough for me to c everything im doing

Bath Dishes (that i wouldn't mind breaking and making again) What it is: A fast and fashionable way to keep small bath accessories organized. How to make it: Give plain terra-cotta flowerpots a lively coat of hot pink paint and swirl rub-on accents (found with the scrapbooking supplies) for added interest.

Mirrors Mirrors on the wall, who’s the loveliest of them all…all of them! Mirrors are always an exciting way to bring interest to any room. By hanging mirrors in multiples, you not only can fill a large wall beautifully, but create the artistic expression, simply by the design, the composition of repetition makes.

Early in our collecting I decided that I did not want to collect post mortems. We had one daguerreotype that may or may not be a post mortem but was so disturbing I wanted to sell it. It was this daguerreotype of a beautiful baby on a sofa that melted my heart and started my interest in preserving these objects that were loved and treasured but lost in time. It is also the reason that I am so angry at the fake post mortems that I think devalue the true objects of mourning.
We've all seen the for sale signs with the phone numbers at the bottom to tear off at gas stations and grocery stores. This is a different spin on that, that I found here on Pinterest. I hung this up outside my office, I can't see who tears them off, but when I notice one missing I just say a prayer for whatever they took.
If you're on a limited budget, choose luxe details on a smaller scale to get the look you want. Start with your basics: round table, simple chairs and one centerpiece; then add big impact upgrades. Linens get pricey, so consider a sheet overlay on half your tables for that wow-factor.
I guess that one little decision of how to orient the bead turns out to make a big difference.
Wood Design - Wood Partitions. Would be neat to go down to a finished basement. But one must make the walls removable in order to get large objects in & out of that finished basement.
