Recipe: 4 egg whites 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used Shakeology) 1/2 packets Stevia 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract Mix ingredients well. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray & cook pancakes (I made 2) over medium heat, flipping after the pancake begins to set. Top with 1/2 a sliced banana & 1tsp natural nut butter warmed a bit so it's a bit more liquid. SO GOOD! For those of you on the 21 day fix, this came out to 1-1/2 red, 1 purple, & 1 tsp.
