words of wisdom
Grey polka dot nails- using a toothpick dip the tip of the toothpick in black nail polish and dap it on to your nails. When they're dry you can then paint a clear top coat on them for some extra shine.
--- So doing this next time I do my nails!

try this...get a bowl of water, pour little bits of all the different shades you want, it should float on the top, swirl with a toothpick or something like it and when it looks like you want on top of the water, then dip your nails through the water...probably the best thing I've ever seen.

REALLY? To straighten hair without heat, just mix a cup of water with 2 tablespoons of BROWN sugar, pour it into a spray bottle, then spray into damp hair and let air dry. Whaaat, I think Im gonna have to try this.
Interesting idea, I think I would probably use it for a few days and then get lazy again!

Yeah I'm a working Mom. Ask me what I do during the day and then what I do when I get home. Go ahead...
When the chain hits the floor the kids get a treat. I like this idea for a different kind of reward chart to use at home.
Fish!!! 1. drop a large drop onto your nail. 2. use a toothpick to create the tail by dragging out the polish. 3. dot your nails with the brush tip for bubbles. 4. let dry extremely well before applying a couple of clear topcoats. Not my design but I figured some instructions would be nice. ^_^
And then you get to learn what to do when you get triggered. All together now-- stay with it, don't avoid it, breathe, think of when you got through other difficult times, plow ahead, use some distress tolerance skills to get you over the hump, pat yourself on the back when it is done. If you stay with it, that difficult feeling will be goney-gone-gone in about 10 minutes. Don't believe me? OK, we'll try it together...
