Just looking at this (and reading Anna’s post) is really inspiring to me. I make a lot more layouts than hard-backed books. But this might

This is just one of the many hilarious photos from Awkward Family Photos. I giggle at a lot of them, but this one really got me. Whatever he is packing between his legs is more disturbing than the battle ax. Gave me quite the laugh.
A Guide to Wearing Makeup at the Gym - Yes, I wear makeup to work out and no, I’m not ashamed. I’m not talking red carpet level looks or, like, serious contouring, but just a little something to make me feel like a more pulled together version of myself. Now that I’m turning 30, I find I have to (and want to!) spend much more time exercising than I used to, so I might as well look good doing it. Plus, there are a lot of mirrors at the gym.
THIS BOOK IS SO GOOD EVERYONE SHOULD TRY IT!! I LOVED! It's after Eon and it dives right into the story! It doesn't stop in the beginning AT ALL! It starts to slow a bit towards the middle but it's still interesting. I like this book A LOT more than Eon, but both fantastic! They only thing that might bug me is *SPOILER* that we don't know what happens with Eona & Kygo's relationship *END SPOILER* But yes! If you haven't read Eon, do it and then come back and please try to read Eona!
Library in a loft... I might do this the opposite way though- with the books on the bottom and the reading nook on top. Books are really heaving to be storing above my head. Just saying.
“I understand I missed out on ten years but my brain is fried, do I really need to read all of these journals on foreign policies tonight? Most of this is new to me too but we still have three more left we had planned for today. … I’d much rather just study you.. mhmm… likewise dear… but first we finish this at least!” Belle would definitely make sure Adam’s all up to date and prepared to rule his kingdom. by Taija [so cute!!!]
Gray and mustard bridal party. After looking at a bunch of pics I'm leaning more modern than this, but I feel less and less inclined to
I know this is considered "unhealthy" but a lot of the time the world I'm reading about feels more genuinely real than the world I'm living in.

This is a photo of the first Black girl to attend an all white school in the United States—Dorothy Counts—being jeered and taunted by her white, male peers. This photo encompasses a lot of things that I really hate: prejudice, ignorance, racism, sexism, inequality…but it also encompasses strength, determination, inspiration. // I just wanna slap those boys behind her. But that asshat in the tie? He needs so much more than slapping.
fashion that speaks to me
Reading- I just love reading books. It makes me feel as if I'm not so alone and there are people that are like me. Reading helps me run off to a fantasy land when I'm feeling really bad ._. Even though I have not really read books of my choice lately, I already have my list of summer reading books c: wooh.
I really enjoyed this book. It's hard for me to find books I enjoy, but this was one of them!
This DIY marble run is really easy to make and might just be away for you to enjoy a cuppa!!
I have been hurt most of my life by people I thought loved and cared about me. It hurts even more when they refuse to admit their wrong and try to make things right. It took me long enough to realize that they meant more to me than I did to them. It may take me time to heal but I will get passed it all because my life and my happiness does mean something to me. Just one day at a time.
So...I read it because just about every 4th & 5th grader I know has read it/is reading it. And they love it...which means, more often than not, I'm going to love it too. Which I did. I might have loved it even more had I not already known how great "Wonder" is from all the rave reviews, but nonetheless, such a great book with well-written, multi-dimensional characters. If you haven't already heard, it's about kindness, friendship, and an
I love my Kindle but there's just something about holding a book, and looking at a bookshelf full of books that makes me happy
Wow! I make more than 30,000 but reading this tips reminds me how foolish I am spending my money. I love the tips. If I spend less I can save more for my retirement and pay off my house earlier. Great Post!
DIY Kite really, designing and creating your own kite is a lot more fun than buying it. I used to make mine out of old grocery bags and long bamboo sticks. So fun!
Make-Your-Own Bouillon Cubes I am always looking for ways to make things easier on me, yet still eat healthy. The answer of course is homemade convenience foods. Before transitioning over to a Traditional diet, we used a LOT of bouillon cubes. But those things are so high in MSG, that now, I can’t remotely justify using them. I [...] Continue Reading →
“Buying books is immensely comforting. Maybe I won’t read them immediately, but they make me feel so much better whenever I’m sad and blue. Just their presence, it’s like having more to look forward to." - Unknown
Arianna Huffington is no doubt an extrovert, but her new book #THRIVE has a lot of great takeaways for anyone looking to define "success" and "happiness" in this busy, louder-than-ever decade. After finishing Thrive, I made this #infographic as just a way to remember some of Huffington's "tiny, daily" tips for improving life. #Meditation #Mindfulness
now that is cool. but i might need mine to be a bit bigger. so i can fit more books.
#travelcolorfully “we wanted to evoke that bygone era when air travel was a bit more glamorous than it is today. but the really great thing about this picture was that it was taken on a set that was originally built for the hilarious movie airplane! we had a lot of fun while we were shooting, trying to remember lines from the film—like ‘i am serious…and don’t call me shirley’—so it was a very charming day. some photographers feel that they get better pictures if they’re being forceful, but i find i take my best pictures when people are having a good time. ” —chris craymer
I like to choose to be alone, and even if this is asking a lot from people, I just want people to wish I WASN'T alone. But being alone gives me time to talk to myself, read, write, etc
So it turns out we're getting married
Painting on books. I would make a happier looking person...but still a really cool idea!
“Iron Butterflies is especially essential reading for young women who often fail to appreciate just how hard-won are the opportunities they enjoy today…The word ‘inspiring’ is tossed around way too frequently. But in its depiction of the hardships that many of these women endured, sometimes from their earliest ages, and their emotional resilience and flexibility, this book inspires." - Huffington Post
I am Woman.
I can smell the salt and feel a warm breeze just looking at this picture. Don't know where it is, but I'd like to be there.
Ever wonder if it's possible to make a full-time income from blogging? Here's my story of starting from scratch as a blogger. Readers, I'd like you to meet my sanity saver. This is where I start each year before working in my classroom. My binder. This baby is my planner, organizer and keep-me-sane-inizer. That's why I'm devoting an entire post to it. No, really, it just plays a huge part in my day and I'm excited to share it in the hopes that it might help that newbie teacher feel a little bit more "above" water. Needless to say, I've got lots of things to share.
I just had to finally read this book...the event really stuck with me..there is a lot of untold information in this book...
