DIY gifts for him or her! I just made this for my boyfriend for Christmas. Paint a box, print out some pictures to fit in it (mine are all Instagram posts) and then write the date and a memory or comment on the back of each picture. What good are photos if they aren't being printed out and shared!? It's a great way to remember all the good times you share, plus you can continually add more. GREAT explanation! I always try to rack my brain trying to figure out why people do and act the way they do and I will never understand because I could never and would never be that way. I have finally learned this and I have finally let go and stopped "trying" to figure out people I am never going nor care to figure out. It is so liberating and has made my life so much better.
Things that make me laugh
Since intense emotions make logical thinking difficult or impossible, If you happen to find yourself in an #intense emotional place, try to do something enjoyable or distracting to take the edge off the emotion before doing any of these exercises.
