Busy Mom Puffins (Pancake Muffins) (my recipe adapted from these crazy blog moms who make them from scratch) Preheat oven to 350, mix 1 c pancake mix, 2/3 c water, 1/2 c syrup. They're not really high but hubby is diabetic so I wanted them lower. Still tasted fantastic and would definitely recommend this recipe. Super easy to make and they freeze great too.
