I believe this unusual dramatic flower is known as a frumusetea.
we'll call this the Italian Christmas Cookie. i believe it is better known as the Italian Wedding Cookie. i've also been informed, by an Italian, that if these don't show up at the party in some shape or form... well...it's just not a party. period. weddings, baby showers, birthdays, engagements, any and every celebration has to have these.
And this is why I work in surgery, otherwise known as general anesthesia! Gotta love it!

This Gorgeous DeVilbiss perfume atomizer stands 6 3/4" tall to the very top of the metal hardware. The body of this fabulous piece has what is known as a Rotten Gold finish. There are three panels encircling the bottle, each with a stunning display of wheel cut floral designs outlined in black. I believe that this was produced by Steuben Glass for DeVilbiss in the 1920's.
Little known fact about me. I didn't start wearing makeup until after I turned 40. Which means I didn't practice as a teenager, and I don't do it well. If I could, this is what I would do!
