Tried it. Loved it. Crockpot Roast: 2 pound roast, 1 pound of carrots, 4 large potatoes, I packet each of ranch dressing, Italian dressing and brown gravy mixes. 1 1/2 cups of water. Layer veggies in bottom of crock pot. Place roast on top of veggies sprinkle with mixes and add water. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
