Ring rubberbands around glass vases / candle holders. Spray paint frost. Remove bands. Love it! I think it may be pretty sweet to do this for favors, but instead of using votives, pour candle wax inside and make candles with these.
Rubber bands and frosty glass spray paint
Cheap glasses, rubber bands, and frost spray paint. Place rubber bands how you want, then use Rust-Oleum Frosted Glass spray paint, waiting 2 min in between coats. Once dry you will want to use a sealer to make it water resistant. You can use Krylon Matte Finish Spray or Krylon Crystal Clear Acrylic Coating.
