“As a child, I never heard one woman say to me: ‘I love my body.’ Not my mother, my elder sister, my best friend. Not one woman has ever said: ‘I am so proud of my body.’ So, I make sure I say it to Mia, because a positive physical outlook has to start from a very early age.” - Kate Winslet

This hand is sooo me...If anyone has ever been around me while I'm painting...They will see that I use my hands and arms as palette...I miss painting!!!

Thank you Ashley for completely turning my world upside down and convincing me with a single photo that Ikea folding sofa beds aren't the most disgusting thing ever. Though maybe it's just because this room has white-on-white floating shelves on the wall o'er there and I think those are just about the best things ever.

"it is THE ONLY thing that has ever given my straight thin hair real volume that lasts. An incredible and simple product. Just a tiny puff of this texturizing powder and magic happens. You fluff it with your fingertips and the friction makes the hair gain dimension that will continue to work. AMAZING STUFF!"

My husband once told me "I know where you stand, and I stand right there with you." That was one of the most supportive, and inspiring things anyone has ever said to me. This quote reminds of me how I felt in that moment.

This is my first tattoo, and it’s very meaningful to me. I got the idea from a necklace my sister was wearing, which was a compass, and on the back of it I discovered the quote “There are no shortcuts to anywhere worth going.” It is now a tattoo that my sister and I share.

Robert Pattinson, who plays my adoptive brother in the Twilight films, has been one of my biggest inspirations. As a person, he’s not like anyone I’ve ever met in Hollywood, and as an actor he’s a complete natural. He has no ego. Everyone loves him, but he’s unaffected by that and never seems fazed by the attention that comes his way. He’s not changed a bit since I worked with him on the first Twilight movie.” — Ashley Greene (x)
