“This was a magical morning. We all got up at 3.00 am or something, and went out and we prepared in the dark. And then waited for the first

DIY Wedding Decorations - Love Story Sign - but cuter. And, since we went on our first date, it didn't pan out, then a year and a half later, we went out again and it did!
Promised myself I would post my results online to keep me motivated. So here it is. This summer (may) I was determined to look as fit as I felt. I was weighing in at 168, the worst shape and the biggest I have ever been. I told myself I would not hit 170 and to start getting my butt in gear. I started working out on my own at my school gym with @Nora Viveen and eventually found a personal trainer with my bestfriend #meganferguson. I ended up gaining weight a little bit while I was with him and realized it was too expensive to move forward when i saw no results. When July hit myself and megan thought we would try out Limitless Preformance (@limitlesspreformance kitchener ) as you probably know i am in love with this gym. We started going 3 times a week and even than I started see amazing results. I felt stronger, faster, thinner and healthier because I got excited to eat right and work out. In august when megan went off to school I started to become a regular. No matter what day I was at limitless. I felt like a family and it never felt like a chore to ever work out as hard as I did. I pushed myself and all the older guys too ;) I am currently weighing in at 148 and continuing to eat healthy and work out as much as I can. I know I'm not the skinniest but that wasn't my goal. I am proud of myself and my results. Thank you to everyone who supported me, pushed me, and didn't believe in me

Mexican Chicken Tortilla Chowder Recipe // One of our favorite recipes. I got it out of the Taste of Home magazine when we first got married and my husband requests it all the time...even in the blazing heat of the summer!
Commenter: As a kid I went to a friend’s birthday party where her mom did something similar–except, each skein of yarn was wrapped around the room individually, leading to personalized gift bags. It was a giant maze that forced everyone to crawl all around, under and over each other to follow our trail. She tied the end opposite of the gift bag to a TP roll, so that we could wind up the yarn as we went. It was a blast!
include photos of us as children and a timeline of our 6 years of dating. It took about a week to cut all the letters out and about 24 hours of ironing to finish the 30 foot long runner. We also had a crossword puzzle in our programs and most of the answers could be found on the runner, so it gave everyone something fun to do while they waited for the ceremony!
If people were meant to pop out of bed first thing in the morning, we'd all sleep in toasters
My mom passed away two and a half years ago. She used to send my brother and I cards whenever she went away on business trips and she’d sign every one the same way. I got this at Curious Tattoo in College Park, Maryland. Ryan did an amazing job reproducing my mom’s handwriting. I could not be happier with the way this turned out and I am excited to have a piece of her with me at all times.
Atlantis Paradise Island Resort in the Bahamas. I visited the Bahamas in November, 2009. We went there for a week and every day it was hot out. The bahamas is made up of many islands and this is the one I went to.

Great set up. If we could figure out something with our closet wall, this would be great.

Growing up in Trinidad all food served at weddings and prays were served on banana leafs. It was exciting to tag along with the men as they went to the woods to gather the leaves, washing them and stacking them up getting prepared for the crowds that would come. It was exciting times!!

. . . Something To Think About. . . Washington, DC Metro Station on a cold January morning in 2007. The man with a violin played six Bach pieces for about 45 minutes. During that time approx. 2 thousand people went through the station, most of them on their way to work. After 3 minutes a middle aged man noticed there was a musician playing. He slowed his pace and stopped for a few seconds and then hurried to meet his schedule. 4 minutes later: The violinist received his first dollar: a woman threw the money in the hat and, without stopping, continued to walk. 6 minutes: A young man leaned against the wall to listen to him, then looked at his watch and started to walk again. 10 minutes: A 3-year old boy stopped but his mother tugged him along hurriedly. The kid stopped to look at the violinist again, but the mother pushed hard and the child continued to walk, turning his head all the time. This action was repeated by several other children.. Every parent, without exception, forced their children to move on quickly.. 45 minutes: The musician played continuously. Only 6 people stopped and listened for a short while. About 20 gave money but continued to walk at their normal pace. The man collected a total of $32. 1 hour: He finished playing and silence took over. No one noticed. No one applauded, nor was there any recognition. No one knew this, but the violinist was Joshua Bell, one of the greatest musicians in the world. He played one of the most intricate pieces ever written, with a violin worth $3.5 million dollars. Two days before Joshua Bell sold out a theater in Boston where the seats averaged $100. This is a true story. Joshua Bell playing incognito in the metro station was organized by the Washington Post as part of a social experiment about perception, taste and people's priorities. The questions raised: *In a common place environment at an inappropriate hour, do we perceive beauty? *Do we stop to appreciate it? *Do we recognize talent in an unexpected context? One possible conclusion reached from this experiment could be this: If we do not have a moment to stop and listen to one of the best musicians in the world, playing some of the finest music ever written, with one of the most beautiful instruments ever made. How many other things are we missing?

“Jane Austen wrote such a sensationally romantic story. It got to me all the time during filming. It’s deeply romantic, and I think in this day and age we need films with romance at their core out there. They can light people up.” (Rosamund Pike)
What we have here is a life size decapitated Zombie Head. 55 servings of our double dark chocolate stout beer cake! It's 100% edible (no rice cereal or foam in this guy).
