The picture of the shark hovering in mid-air above the water was taken by Dana Allen in False Bay, off Cape Town in South Africa. Dana's team spent three days trying to set up the shot by using a rubber 'decoy' seal to tempt the sharks out. He said: 'The strike, when it happens, takes just over a second, up and out and back into the water. If you flinch, you can miss it. We were getting ourselves settled, preparing for a long wait and then whoosh! In an instant the four metre great white shark was up and out of the water, right in front of our eyes. The water was streaming off its body and I pressed my trigger button. It almost seemed like slow motion and I remember seeing the eyes and the teeth as the shark leapt up.'

Infuse a luxe snakeskin-esque pattern with a pop of print… it’s just what the DIY doctor ordered. To create: use a solid colored pair of jeans for the base. Use scissors to cut zig zag shapes out of kitchen sponges and textured sponge cloths into 2” inch strips. Apply an even coat of fabric paint onto the sponge surface and press directly onto the denim starting from the outside edge. Hold sponge for a few seconds allowing paint to absorb into the material. Continue to create vertical patterns down the legs. For a more textured effect, overlap sponges as you go. Let one side dry completely before turning over to repeat the process on the back.

The PlayStation controller has been black since the PlayStation 2 console released in 2000, and it looks like the new PlayStation controller will follow that trend. The first PlayStation controller that was completely wireless came out in 2006 with the PlayStation 3, and the new controller will also be wireless too – a common trend for all gaming consoles in our modern technology! The top selling PS3 game sold over 7.3 million units – Gran Turismo 5! Will a new Gran Turismo come out soon for the PlayStation 4? Since it was originally released, the PlayStation console sold 120.49 million consoled, the PlayStation 2 console sold 150 million units, and the PlayStation 3 console sold 57 million units. This new console releasing in 2013 may be what PlayStation needs to bring their sales back up with a new console, better features, faster hardware, and top of the line technology.
