Gluten free lunch idea - lettuce wraps #additudemag #adhdplate Jimmy Johns has the equivalent to a lettuce wrap called the unwhich, You can basically have anything on their menu made into an "unwhich" (a lettuce wrap) except that can get expensive, so lettuce make our own for cheaper ;P (although my family still occasionally buys our lettuce wraps from jimmy johns.)
Success! These brownies were awesome! Friends at our bbq even said they preferred them to the regular brownies we made for everyone else. I used the recipe at the bottom of the page, but added 1/4 tsp of baking pwdr. Used 1/2 cup white rice flour, 2 Tbsp sorghum, and 2 Tbsp coconut flour. They were just a little bit gritty. I'd like to experiment again and use 1/2 cup sorghum and 1/4 cup coconut. I also used margarine. I'll try next time with the shortening or vegan butter.
Some day I'll have 10 bathrooms so I can decorate each a different theme because I just can't make up my mind!

Best home made body wash recipe I've found. (It's suppose to be ideal for Eczema) Update 3/15/12: I just finished making my first batch & I absolutely love it. It smells really great ( I used a lavender essential oil) & after washing my hands with it I quickly noticed how clean, soft & smooth they felt. I can't wait to try it on my son's eczema prone skin. I am going to have to make this my body wash as well.
things to remember
Crock Pot Ground Beef Stew. Made this tonight, but on the stovetop. Used ground turkey instead of beef and didn't use tomato soup or paste, just used can of tomato sauce instead. Pretty good. One of those soups you can vary just based for what you have on hand I think. SCC
Best weight watchers pumpkin muffins. 2 points, 2 ingredients: 1 box cake mix, 1 15oz can of pumpkin purée. That's it! No eggs or oil! I make these often and they are so delicious! My favorite cake mixes to use are devils food, yellow, carrot, spice, and white. You can really use whatever flavor you'd like. Yummy!

DIY Lotion Fabric Softener. I want to be clear that I ABSOLUTELY AM NOT suggesting you BUY lotion to make this. HOWEVER, if you're like me and you have some lotion collecting dust, maybe you should give this a try. See, I liked the smell, I just didn't like it as lotion. I used a 1:1:2 ratio of lotion, white vinegar & WARM water. I just put it straight in a jar with a lid & gave it a good shake. It will seperate so shake before use. As for amount & how to use - use the same as you normally use/add your fabric softener. I used Juniper Breeze from BandBW which does not make cheap fabric softener, but is better than throwing it away. I use it on my sheets & towels & love the way they smell;)
FREE BABY STUFF!!!! I just got a carseat cover for worth $60 with s for $11, got a sling (or as my husband said "another one?") for $11, and got a nursing cover worth $50 for $11. All you pay is S!! I <3 kool-aid yarn dyeing in a crock pot because the water is more still, so the dye tends to stick to the yarn where it falls more, and colors tend to blend together less. This makes a variegated yarn with more defined colors, instead of just a few colors which are blended together. My specific flavors used were: Lemon Lime, Orange, Strawberry, Berry Blue, and Lemonade.

Crayon hot rocks: If you have not done this yet, you need to. Simply warm up the rocks in the oven (I did 220 for 10 minutes), then put them on a stack of newspapers (or something else you don't care if it gets crayon in it) and let the little ones go to town. Just remind them it is hot. I have done it with 2 1/2 year olds with no problem. My little lady often brings in rocks for me to "cook" so she can paint them
“Mom, listen, I haven’t been together with Topanga for 22 years, but we have been together for 16. That’s a lot longer than most couples have been together. I mean, when we were born, you told me that we used to take walks in our strollers together around the block. When we were two, we were best friends. I mean, I knew everything about this girl. I knew her favorite color, her favorite food. Then we became six, Eric made fun of me because it wasn’t cool to have a best friend that was a girl or even know a girl. So for the next seven years I threw dirt at her. I like to call those “the lost years”. Then when I was thirteen, mom, she put me up against my locker and she kissed me. I mean, she gave me my first kiss. She taught me how to dance. She always was talking about these crazy things and I never understood a word she said. All I understood was that she was the girl I sat up every night thinking about, and when I’m with her, I feel happy to be alive. Like I can do anything. Even talk to you like this. So that’s, that’s what I think is love, mom. When I’m better because she’s here.” - Cory Matthews, Boy Meets World <3
Sour Cream Chicken - My review: this is a keeper recipe. Easy and fast to make. Only substiution I made is to use crushed french fried onions instead of the croutons (I didnt have any). I also just melted the butter and drizzled it over the crumbs (faster than dotting with butter). We liked the French fried onions so much that Im unsure if well try it with the croutons :)#Repin By:Pinterest++ for iPad#

Dresses do not have to be overly ornate to be appealing. Some of the most chic and elegant ones are created from the simplest of designs. This great little dress is one example of that simplistic beauty. It is made from a nice satin/chiffon blend and features a halter-style bodice, wrapped midsection and plunging back. The midsection of the dress wraps to the back and ties in a large, lovely bow in the center. The knee-length skirt is multi-layered and lightweight so that it moves beautifully when you do. Just a simple, yet lovely dress that can be dressed up or down as much as you would like. $$71.99
Meatball Sandwich Casserole You will need: 1 bag of frozen meatballs (I use Mama Lucia Brand, personal preference) 1 jar of marinara sauce or spaghetti sauce if there isn’t any marinara on hand 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 1 cup Italian blend cheese, shredded 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded 1 loaf of fresh Italian bread, sliced To prepare: Preheat oven to 400. Place entire bag of meatballs in pot with sauce (I also add garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste) and cook over medium heat until warmed completely through, about 10 minutes. Stir as needed to keep meatballs from sticking to pot. Once heated through remove from heat. Place meatballs in the center of a 9x13 baking dish, layer mozzarella and Italian blend cheeses over meatballs topping off with the Parmesan. Take the slices of Italian bread and line the pan all the way around with them so that they are kind of keeping the meatballs toward the center of the pan. The bread slices will be standing up in the pan as shown in the picture. You have creative freedom here with the bread…you can lightly butter and garlic the bread prior to placing it in the pan if you prefer or even brush lightly with olive oil and garlic. The choice is yours. I have made it plain and as noted above and all are delicious! Place in oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
Now THAT'S Italian!
