30 Day Plank Challenge! I did this challenge and i started seeing results in my tummy fat each week. I did have a little difficulty doing the spider man plank so i just substituted it with each plank before that one. I challenge each of you to challenge yourself and see if it works for you as well! I was also dieting at the time, but (if you're trying to lose weight) who isn't?! I hope this helps you out as much as it has helped me. I received it in an email from "MyFitnessPal".
