I grew up about a block from Lake St. Clair ... and my father used to fish here many years ago.  YES indeedy .... most of the time he caught bass .... oh so yummy fried up with a light cornmeal coating and fried in bacon grease!  Yessir ... MARVELOUS to eat! by graciela
