We can read them the story of Christmas, discuss the meaning, how we can prepare our hearts for Christmas and play Christmas music while the color!
Time capsule letters. A fun idea for celebrating New Year's with the kids. Invite kids to write letters to their future selves. Agree on a future time or event to open and read the letters. This idea would be wonderful for celebrating birthdays or the first day of a new school year, too.
