Maria del Socorro pinzon
1918 by EW Stillwell, design #R-88. 1st fl bedroom, put a bath in its place attached to the den and the hall, larger closet in den as well. The kitchen should lose the door directly to the dining room, breakfast nook could be a small greenhouse or sunroom, back porch could be a pantry / mud room. 2nd floor: lose the dressing room, turn into bath. Existing bath is incorporated into sleeping porch and larger landing
Think this is the one! Really like the outside look, Jack N Jill bathroom for Caleb and Connor, Em could have bathroom to herself, like our closets OUT of master bath! LOVE the porches! Open Kitchen/Living Room! Make Nook a walk-in Pantry! Take out door to back porch by Nook and extend Master Bedroom! Remove Study, move Foyer over and extend Dining Room and Kitchen. Add a MIL Suite over Garage. Plan W3424VL: One-Story Farmhouse Plan
Feels Like Home
turn a closet into a mini mud room. Great for kids things so they don't forget anything going out the door - this would be WAY prettier in my back porch than what I have now... if I could only keep it that pretty!
Awesome small floor plan! Practically two suites, and separated by their bathrooms. Plus a sunroom and an open concept. I would break up closet space for guest room. Create coat closet and entry to that bathroom with small hallway and door to guest room. Possibly smaller doorway into master suite so closet can be bigger. Closet at entry could be a pantry closet instead of coat closet. Could have covered patio on back.
this could totally be incorporated into a medusa, vampiress or greek goddess costume!
Built-in storage! I like the shelves on the door because they can be attached to existing cabinet doors, pantry doors, etc.
All across the West you will find abandoned homesteads. While many homesteads remain in the original families, a significant number no longer have residents living on them, though the lands may be incorporated into larger ranch or farm operations.
Hidden Dog Food Bin -This would be so functional and fantastic that it's hidden in a mud room, the kitchen, or the pantry.
This fox and crow branding design works very well, I love the imagery and how it is used. The silhouette does the design justice, I think that if there was colour added, you would lose the idea behind it. I like how the grunge texture is incorporated into the imagery too. Creates a catchy effect. Don't think this branding could be very versatile, would work well as a logo though.
For the Home
Western tic tac toe. We could put attach velcro so the board could be attached to a wall in the hall, then children can play while classes are waiting for snack/craft.
Freaking awesome!! Kids room? Great for sleepovers! Loft Beds built into the wall. Could also be used as a reading nook; I would pillow the shit out of that loft! Also, bookshelf between the bunks. Win. Curt could totally build this :)

The Evanston House Plan Images - eliminate the study and use the dining room as dad's den. Extend the front porch to wrap around where study is currently. Reduce the size of the huge master closet to make room for a larger laundry/craft/utility room
Book Nook: A cozy cave incorporated into your bookcase with LEDs.
Love this space saving bed! Could be a great way to incorporate a guest room and office into one room without the constant presence of a bed
Not long now: A noticeably larger bump could be seen beneath the Duchess' Seraphine cashmere coat
Nook built into larger room, multilevel platform, pullout trundle bed, storage drawers
art deco glass doors -- Love that they are different... Would be so nice going into a master bath or den
