To make brownie bites with caramel center start by freezing 24 rolos. Make up your favorite brownie mix from the box. Grease a mini muffin pan and fill each insert 2/3 of the way full with batter. Place a frozen rolo in the center of each brownie. Spread batter from around the rolo over the top to cover it completely. Bake at 350 for 10-15minutes. Let cool slightly and remove from pan.
