took an old window and painted the back using paint and my star stencil. I used both house paint and craft paint that I had on hand. I added a touch of brown to my white because I wanted a more distressed look on my old window. I started with the white, wait for it all to dry then paint blue over the white stars in one thick stroke. Do another coat when it drys if desired. Then paint the red stripes
