I had no idea these boxy bags were so quick and easy to sew! This video makes it look so easy, just from two simple rectangles of fabric. I'm going to make one for cosmetics and then several for my shoes when I travel. Can be made in any size when you know how. by margie

Goodwill Dresser Upcycle Reveal - This look was created using two coats of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in Old White. I tried a new technique and distressed it before I used my Annie Sloan Clear Wax. I used 100 grit sand paper to distress followed by a coat of clear wax and finished it off with a mix of clear and dark wax. I wanted this really shabby because of all the nicks and dents it has, so I used dark wax on the entire piece versus just in the spots I distressed. by Marianne Diaz Barri

took an old window and painted the back using paint and my star stencil. I used both house paint and craft paint that I had on hand. I added a touch of brown to my white because I wanted a more distressed look on my old window. I started with the white, wait for it all to dry then paint blue over the white stars in one thick stroke. Do another coat when it drys if desired. Then paint the red stripes by Carrie Pittman Nance

Easy to follow directions for multiple ways to bind or cast off a finished knit project. (I had no idea there were so many different methods-some are stretchy-good for necklines, one mimics the cast on edge--good for blankets, and others are decorative.) by johanna

Such a great idea! Super glue plastic toys to the lids of jars, then spray paint. For a ceramic look, I used smaller animals & sprayed about five coats (allow to dry between coats) of high gloss white spray paint. by deana
