Walmart brand and are strips but instead of those sticker like things you put on your teeth, these are actually like WAX trays that you bed to conform to your teeth. These work MUCH BETTER than those "white strips" because they are harder and more like a "tray" that fits over your teeth. These are quite harsh so if you are sensitive don't buy them! by pearl
