Blueberry Frozen Yogurt 2 cups 0% Greek Yogurt Cup frozen blueberries thawed (if in season use fresh) 1/4 cup sugar or Honey Juice of 1/2 a lemon Directions: Blend the blueberries, honey/sugar and lemon juice in a blender/food processor, then in a bowl mix the puree and the yogurt together and pour into your ice cream maker. Enjoy after a hard workout or as a snack . . .

Homemade Blackberry frozen yogurt 3 cups fresh blackberries 3 cups yogurt cheese (or Greek yogurt) 1 can sweetened condensed milk ( 14 ounce can, it's fine if it's a bit more or a bit less) In a blender, puree the blackberries with the sweetened condensed milk. In a medium bowl mix the puree with the yogurt cheese. Pour into ice cream mixer. I'm assuming I can do this with any fruit.
