Stamped 365 file cards with the dates Jan. 1 ~ Dec. 31. at the end of the each day jot on one line what happened that day. Do this every day and your memories will be recorded. Then next January 1st and for all the days after write what you did on line two. As the years go by you will have a little reminder of what you did "last" year and the years before. If you keep it going you will have a beautiful memory basket to pass down.
