Okay...mine did not look that small when I was done. I used 2-3Tbs of the filling per taquito and mine were a little fatter than that :) Good thing is they were super easy to put together and super tasty!! All of the kids (and the husband) loved them. Even my 6 year old that suddenly thinks everything except chicken nuggets and hot dogs is gross. Next time I will make a double batch and freeze some. It was even faster to make because I used some of my shredded chicken I had previously froze. ... by melody
