Who here doesn't like being alone? I used to hate it. I love my alone time now and I don't feel the need to have a ton of friends. Use that time to improve yourself. I love this saying. It's so true. Be a leader stand up for what is right and be ok with being alone sometimes. It means you stand out! by Lailah

Sometimes, i feel alone. And sometimes even my friends make me feel alone. I am happy most of the time, but some days just no. I hate being made fun of, and feeling worthless. since 7th grade i never felt this depressed. Words That Matter
This used to be me. I'm glad I've changed. Being vicious and having malice toward ANY human being is a terrible trait to have and I feel bad for the people who brag to be this way because now I know it just FURTHER damages you and doesn't heal the hurt you really feel. Never let someone have that much power over you that you feel hate towards them. by cara

No matter how mad I get at someone, even if a lot has happened&it doesn't seem like it can ever be fixed, I will always be there. Sometimes I hate that about myself b/c it means being vulnerable&opening yourself up to getting hurt. But when you put it in perspective, everything seems so small&petty&stupid when something is actually wrong. No matter what it is/how mad we are at each other, if I've ever called you a friend, these words will always be true for me; I don't just give up on people. by firstgradedeb

Truth. The ones who can speak lies as eloquently as if they were the truth are the ones to watch. Trouble is sometimes we can't see that they're doing this until it's a little too late. Such is life, life is an experience :) If it's happened to you, don't be bitter. Don't stop trusting. Don't feel like you have to justify yourself if you're being wronged. It just doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things, and maybe.... Just maybe... They'll trip themselves up in front of the people who doubted you. Maybe... Love to all xxx by monimarin

I deserved an explanation & reason why you went back and I now know I've loved someone who doesn't love me back. I don't I hate you because my heart still loves you.. Kelly Clarkson. Stronger. I don't feel this about anyone, but I really like the refrain, "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, stand a little taller..." I thought the words were "just let the past go." Sometimes we face things we fear, alone (and sometimes, if we are lucky, there is an invisible hand for us to hold). Once we face our fears, our sorrows, it empowers us to move on. Become stronger. by yvette

I still got a place for you in my heart, just not my life. One of the hardest things to deal with is being secretly in love with your best friend. And then I think that maybe I was designed to be alone. There are things that we cannot just throw away. And it is what makes it hard to move on. I hate it when someone changes because they met someone new. Isn’t it sad when you get hurt so much, you can finally say “I’m used to it.” I’m not afraid to fall in love. I’m afraid to by kathrine

The past few days have been extremely overwhelming for me. As a budding entrepreneur it seems I have a never ending to-do list. I have found recently that my OWN self care has been slipping. And that makes me feel guilty and out of integrity. Because I teach self care. I preach the benefits of it. I need to remind myself from time to time to listen to my own advice. . Those of us who are super sensitive empaths tend to be very outward focused. We are always scanning our environment feeling into peoples moods and energies. We are also natural born people pleasers. We LOVE to help other. Which is a beautiful thing. But it can become harmful to us when we feel guilty saying no. We feel if we say no to someone or an event or project that we are letting someone down disappointing them or worse- making them angry. We often feel that their reaction is our responsibility. And so we put ourselves last time and time again. We say yes over and over until we are completely drained exhausted and resentful. . But no is NOT A BAD WORD. No is a self-loving self-respecting responsible mature and often times kind word. We have to start asking ourselves why we always fall to the end of the line. Why we are so worried about disappointing others- but what about disappointing ourselves? I often ask my clients who are struggling to say no what would you say to a friend in this situation. Because the answer is almost always that the friend should stand up for and care for her energetic needs. So then why is it that YOU do not deserve the same is my next question. . You deserve to say no. You deserve to stand up and to take care of you. You are important and needed in this world. But if you dont give yourself the love you so freely give to others you will be stuck in a cycle of overwhelm turmoil and exhaustion. . Join me on January 26th for a potent conversation on how to care for yourself as a sensitive soul in this world. This powerful workshop is FREE and will ignite you on your path to re-connecting to the beautiful truth of who you are and to working on setting boundaries and practicing the magical word no. . Before you scold me for being uncooperative, obstinate, or lazy, ask yourself if something might be bothering me. Perhaps I might not be getting the right food, or I have been out to long, or my heart is getting to old and weak. 10. Take care of me when I get old; you too will grow old. I don't have an amazing figure or a flat stomach. I'm far from being considered a model, but I'm me. I eat food. I have curves. I have more fat than I should. I have scars because I have a history. Some people love me, some like me, some hate me. I have done good; I have done bad. I love my pj's and I go without makeup and sometimes don't get my hair done. I'm random and crazy.
