Yummy Balsamic and parmesan roasted veggies. I only use half the dressing (unless you like a super strong flavor)- a sprinkle of parmesan

Portillo’s Chopped Salad. This is very close to the real thing! I added two grilled chicken breasts like it has at Portillo's and did half balsamic and half seasoned rice vinegar so the salad dressing tasted more like the real thing.
Moscato D'Asti is really the only kind of wine I like to drink...It doesn't have that strong after taste and is delicious! If you love
Best weight watchers pumpkin muffins. 2 points, 2 ingredients: 1 box cake mix, 1 15oz can of pumpkin purée. That's it! No eggs or oil! I make these often and they are so delicious! My favorite cake mixes to use are devils food, yellow, carrot, spice, and white. You can really use whatever flavor you'd like. Yummy!

If you finely chop citrus rinds and sprinkle them on the mulch in your garden, they keep neighborhood cats, dogs and other critters away from your veggies. I guess animals dont like the smell of the orange oil. Ive been using this method in the front garden and its working.
Self made Miracle Grow. Put Epsom salts and sugar into each hole with your plant. It makes them grow larger, leafier and greener, use about 1 Tablespoon in a 1 to 1 ratio but I don’t really measure it. You can also dissolve 1 Tablespoon into a gallon of water and use it to water your plants, trees, fruit trees, roses, flowering plants, squash,... all veggies. If you have already planted I would sprinkle around the plant and water it well

Easy and Delicious Ranch Parmesan Chicken 6 boneless chicken breast 1 cup dry bread crumbs, (even better, use panko breadcrumbs) 1⁄4 cup (up to 1/3) parmesan cheese 1 tsp seasoning salt 1⁄2 tsp (up to 1) black pepper, ground 1⁄2 tsp (up to 1) garlic powder 1 cup prepared ranch salad dressing, (Pinner writes: "use bottled salad dressing, you might need a bit more dressing." Personally, I prefer making ranch from dry packet.) 1⁄4 cup butter, melted (no substitutes)
Crock Pot Pork Chops - I love these pork chops! This recipe is so easy - there are only 2 ingredients in the crock pot with the chops and they are dry Ranch dressing mix, and cream of chicken soup. The potatoes are whipped with roasted garlic and grated parmesan cheese. My husband got a little romantic after eating this so consider yourself forewarned. This recipe is going straight to the favorite file!
If you like ribs, you HAVE to try these. Buy the country style pork loin boneless ribs and a 2 liter of root beer. Don't forget the bbq sauce!!! Cut the ribs in two them put them in a cooker. Pour the root beer over them. Will only use half a 2 liter if you fix one pack, but will use almost whole bottle of you have two packs of ribs. I fixed two packs and poured enough root beer that it covered the ribs. Cook the ribs in root beer to a low boil for 45 mins. Then drain the ribs and put them in a zip lock bag. Salt and pepper the ribs and add your favorite bbq sauce. Shake it until all ribs are completely covered. Then put them in a skillet on medium-high heat for about 10 mins or until the bbq sauce has started to caramelize. Once they have caramelized, turn off heat and serve. The ribs are so tasty and tender!!! I fixed these for my little family tonight and they loved them!!! You will too :-)
LOW COST HEALING BATH If you've never had an apple cider vinegar bath, do one today! The benefits are too many to mention. Your skin is naturally acidic (soap is alkaline and bad for your skin). If you are run down, you must do this ! An ACV bath relaxes like nothing else. Use a half gallon per bath (or more if you want)... I do this once a week! Try it :)
Declare your love for cool tools and be a cut above the rest! Girls on-the-go with modern, multifaceted style need to be prepared for anything that comes their way. Enter life’s must-have accessory; the Swiss Army knife. For centuries, these legendary tools have battled rogue threads on our cocktail dresses, smoothed chips in perfectly manicured nails and so much more. Our pocketknife pal stays put in our purse and is as essential as lipgloss! Aside from the obvious “fix-it” functions, we’re big fans of using this handheld toolbox to DIY. Read on to learn how you can create a coveted “kiltie” embellishment for heels in need of an overhaul. To create, trace and cut a template (almost like a stretched trapezoid) on paper. P.S.- The size will depend on your shoe size. Be sure to measure the template to the shoe before cutting and also leave a few extra inches toward the upper portion to tuck into the shoe. Use your Swiss Army knife (on a cutting board with a flat surface) and cut two pieces of fabric. Any type of suede or leather-like material works. Use mini snips to cut two-inch slits. Continue to use snips to create an inverted “V” fringe. Pierce two tiny slits with your knife half-way down. Feed cord through the holes, leaving space for your ankle to fit in. Lastly, add a bead detail to the ends and tie a cute bow. Get creative with your colors of materials, cords, and shoes- mix and match your heart away…Your Swiss Army pocket knife pal is super sharp… your DIY style should be too!

Spicy Chicken Tortilla Roll-Ups Adapted from Sing For Your Supper 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 can Ro-tel diced tomatoes, drained 12 oz cream cheese, softened 1 cup shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese 1 clove garlic, minced 3 tsp ancho chili powder 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp garlic salt (I like Lawry's) 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 6 scallions, white and green parts, chopped 6-8 large flour tortillas Season the chicken breasts with salt, half of the cumin, and 1 tsp of the chili powder. Add chicken to a skillet and add about 1 cup of water. Cover and cook on med-high heat until cooked through. Add more water if necessary. Once the chicken is cooked, cool slightly and shred with 2 forks. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, drained tomatoes, cheese, remaining spices, garlic, cilantro and scallions. Mix together until well-incorporated. Add cooled chicken and stir together. Lay out tortillas and divide mixture evenly in the center of each. Spread into a thin layer leaving the edges clean. Roll each tortilla tightly. Do not fold in the ends like you would with a burrito but leave them free. Use a sharp knife to cut into 1" thick slices and transfer to a serving platter. (The end pieces will likely unroll a little so just eat the extras). Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
