J.H. Savory Cheese Cookies - great with wine! 4 c. all purpose flour 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated 1 tsp. salt 3 sticks butter, melted 2 tsp. cayenne pepper Melt butter. Mix in other ingredients. Roll in small balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten with a spatula or a fork, until about the size of a fifty cent piece. Bake about 12 minutes at 375 degrees until brown. Do not over cook. These can be put in a cookie press to make cheese
