Fat Burning Circuit Workout: 3 sets of the following. Do all exercises quickly without rest and rest for 2 minutes at the end of each set. 50 Jumping jacks, 12 pushups, 30 walking lunges, 20 jump squats, 50 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, 10 burbees with 5 lb weights in each hand
At Home Cardio Workout- Do 2 reps of the following:
Jumping Jacks: 2 minutes
Squats: 1 minute
Side Lunges: 10 sets
