Why does a boat float? Experiment with buoyancy. What a great idea and how easy? This would be a good inquiry based project. Have students figure out on their own how to make the play-doh float. Talk about different strategies students had. Is there more then one way? Experiment and find out! - Carly Miller
produce or BEACH bag out of old tee shirts tutorial! I've been addicted to making reusable t shirt bags and I think she adds steps that make it more work than need be, but I like her handles and I love this idea! Make smaller ones out of the sleeves! brilliant there.

I want to dress like that as an old lady. not that she's old, obviously, but i want to be one of those crazy old ladies with tons of strange jewelry, boots with character, and flowy, hippy clothes...and that looong grey hair that looks like things live in it. in short, i want to be the old lady who the neighborhood kids thinks is a witch.... whoever wrote this - me too. and I'm well on my way ;)
”I think you could fall in love with anyone if you saw the parts of them that no one else gets to see. Like if you followed them around invisibly for a day and you saw them crying in their bed at night or singing to themselves as they make a sandwich or even just walking along the street and even if they were really weird and had no friends at school, I think after seeing them at their most vulnerable you wouldn’t be able to help falling in love with them.”
She wanted a quilt that resembles the sea and when I saw the name 'Storm at Sea', I knew this quilt was the one to make for her. It comes from a lovely book More Quilts from the Quiltmaker's Gift. The use of different sizes of triangles gives a lovely movement to the quilt.

“I was just such a fan of the story. I wanted to dress up like a wizard, I wanted to go to Hogwarts, and I knew the best way to do that would be to get a part in the film. And it was nothing to do with my career at the time. It was just a little boy wanting to be in Harry Potter.” -Matthew Lewis, pictured with Devon Murray o-o
1000 Life Hacks Make the house smell good. <---- make the house smell good?? That's it?? More like cruel and unusual torture. If a house is going to smell like a bakery, there had better be some baked goods to be had. And plenty of them.
The old man Steve, that lives on the floor below us has a wool-like coat that he wears rain or shine, cream colored with stripes just like this. Before I knew he would be my neighbor, I had seen him around on the streets and I thought, "Hey man, you are looking a little rough- but that is a great coat."

remember....Borax ant bait. Borax is the most common ingredient in house ant control products, and get this: it's absolutely 100% natural. The best way (in my opinion) to use Borax is to mix 1 cup of warm water with 1/2 cup of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of Borax. Then soak the Borax mixture up with cotton balls and place those cotton balls near any trails the ants have established in your home. Feeding frenzy... tomorrow they'll be gone. I knew there had to be a way to do this naturally!
