Homemade Healthier Nutella - 200g/ 1.75 Cup almonds - 1 tbsp vanilla extract - 100g cocoa powder - 100ml of skimmed milk - 8 pitted dates - 50ml water 1) Put the dates and water in a food processor and blend to make a date paste/syrup and transfer into a cup. 2) Put the almonds in the food processor and process like you would to make almond butter for 10-15 minutes until smooth. 3) Add the vanilla, cocoa powder, milk and date paste and process for 5 minutes, until smooth.
