Happily, in 2013, the wait is over! Want a sneak peek of something you’ll just have to have this [...]

We made it! Rope & wood shelves, Saw this and brought back memories of the one we made 33 years ago for our nursery. We placed baby quilts, blankets and stuffed animals on the shelves. The wood was painted yellow and only 4 shelves. We placed a knot in the rope under each wooden shelve to give it more character and it didnt hang this low to the floor..it was EASY...
I saw this in a Sunday School classroom a few years ago. Finally found it.

I had this Baked Pineapple at a restaurant a few years ago, and it made me moan, it was so good. It's a baked pineapple, stuffed with coconut, crushed gingersnaps, macadamia nuts, sweetened condensed milk and a bit of rum. Tastes like Hawaii on a plate.
Ladder shelf - love this idea. Saw it at a mom's house and thought it was awesome!
▶ Buffy:The Unaired Pilot - YouTube I saw this years ago and have it on VHS. It's actually what the exec saw to sell the show.
I've taken to using my iPhone to photograph old prints. I don't know why, but I love doing it. It's like getting a fresh perspective on something that I saw years ago. This picture was taken with Hipstamatic.

A couple of months ago my boyfriend and I went out for a gathering with his work. His boss brought an awesome peanut butter pie that was toted in an awesome pie carrier. I thought this was a nifty thing to have since sometimes it can be hard to carry your pie to a potluck. 1st picture
When I was going through treatments for cancer 3 years ago I learned a lot about the foods I needed to eat and asparagus was one of them. I would make this at a minimum of once a week and it is absolutely delicious. I even got my husband hooked on asparagus with this recipe.

30 years of neglect......I knew this house back "in the day." It was immaculate, inside and out. An older couple owned it and took great pride in it. I only wish I had taken pictures of it then. Today I saw it once more. This is what 30 years of neglect can do. The house is located in Ansley, Nebraska.
