"Take your cup and place an empty toilet paper roll inside. Now place your popsicle sticks inside the roll. Now you can pull from inside the roll. After you call the student, place their popsicle stick on the outside of the roll. * If there was a student that you think you might want to call on again just place them back inside the roll. Now students won't know who you're going to call on. They'll just think you're putting all the names back into the cup." -- genius.

money game - Hot glue some coins to about 20 popsicle sticks. Write "Kaboom" on about 5 sticks. Kids play in groups of 2-4. When it's your turn, you pull out a stick. You add the coin values and tell the amount. If your partner or group members agree with you, you get to keep the stick. If you pull a Kaboom stick you have to put all of your sticks back in the cup.

Freshen the air each time you go to the bathroom, with this handy trick. When you get out a new roll of toilet paper, place a few drops of your favorite essential oil in the cardboard tube of the toilet paper. This will release the scent of the oil each time the paper is used.~ I love this idea!
Materials- leaf template;scissors;cardstock;pencil;old book, pages removed;craft glue;24 gauge floral wire, cut to 5 in lengths;pressed real leaves;20 gauge floral wire;brown floral tape;1/8 in tan quilling paper;acorn caps;hot glue gun & glue sticks;ribbon for bow. Step 1- print leaf template on cardstock & cut out. Trace the leaf shape on a page from the book; roughly trim the paper around the leaf shape. Step 2- apply craft glue to the back of the leaf shape. Place a 5 in length of wire on a 2nd page from the book, then place the leaf shape glue side down over it, sandwiching the wire between the papers. The wire should be centered on the stem of the leaf & half the wire emerging from the stem. Allow glue to dry, then carefully cut out the leaf shape with scissors. Repeat to make 45-50 leaves. Step 3- bundle 3-5 leaves & twist the wires together (you can add wires to real pressed leaves & incorporate them in the paper leaf bundles if desired) Step 4- to make a wreath form cut a 47 in lenth of 20 gauge wire, fold in half & twist. Shape twisted wire into a horseshoe then wrap with brown floral tape. Step 5- Starting @ 1 end of the wreath form & working toward middle attach bundles of leaves with floral tape, repeat for other side. Step 6- to make acorns, tightly roll 1/8 in quilling paper into a flat disk. Use thumb to push the center of the disk outward, forming into a cup shape. Rub the inside with craft glue to secure the shape. Apply hot glue to the inside of the quilled cup & adhere to an acorn cap. Use hot glue to attach acorns to wreath. Step 7- tie bow on the top center of wreath

How To Clean Burnt Pans
1 cup of vinegar
2 tablespoons of baking soda
1 cup of water (give or take depending on the size of your pan)
A burnt stainless steel pan that was left empty and unattended on a heated hot plate. oops!.
1. Fill the bottom of the pan with a layer of water.
2. Add the vinegar.
3. Bring the pan to the boil. It should be looking a bit cleaner already.
4. Remove the pan from the heat and add the baking soda. Expect fizz!
5. Empty the pan and scour as normal, if necessary add an extra bit of dry baking soda.
6. If there are any super stubborn marks that don't come off with scouring, make a paste of baking soda and a couple of drops of water. Leave the paste on the marks for a while and return to clean as normal.
7. Tad-ah! Now you can put your feet up and enjoy the many hours you saved yourself standing over the sink.
Without a doubt its SO much nicer to have a roll of toilet paper on your camping trip... But one of the inherent downfalls for a roll of toilet paper is it acts like a huge blotter absorbing the humidity from the air and making it almost useless. And too, that unexpected rain shower can turn that roll hanging on a stick to a blob of mush in short order. Coffee cans are wonderful for keeping your important papers dry and ready for use under any outdoors weather condition.
Take basic ball point pens with clear casings…and pretty them up with bits of scrap paper that you roll up and tuck inside!...Brilliant!
