DIY Lotion Fabric Softener. I want to be clear that I ABSOLUTELY AM NOT suggesting you BUY lotion to make this. HOWEVER, if you're like me and you have some lotion collecting dust, maybe you should give this a try. See, I liked the smell, I just didn't like it as lotion. I used a 1:1:2 ratio of lotion, white vinegar & WARM water. I just put it straight in a jar with a lid & gave it a good shake. It will seperate so shake before use. As for amount & how to use - use the same as you normally use/add your fabric softener. I used Juniper Breeze from BandBW which does not make cheap fabric softener, but is better than throwing it away. I use it on my sheets & towels & love the way they smell;)
