Made fundraiser at church! Its a full can (un-opened - you need the weight to hold all the goodies!) Then you spray the tops with insulation foam you can get for around your pipes. Be careful it doubles in size! Wait a day and then you can use it like floral foam. I use kabob skewers and hot glue the candy and tissue paper and curling ribbon to them. Then stick 'em in! I then go back and fill in! Viola!
