THM deep S - Dark Chocolate Almond whip (or peanut butter) Perfect for a rich chocolate treat during PMS or stress, and still on plan (use sparingly though!) 1/2 cup heavy cream 1-2 tsp almond or peanut butter (I used natural creamy) 1-2 tsp dark cocoa powder To sweeten, I used 2 tsp truvia, so sweeten to taste with your choice sweetener. Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for about 45 seconds or until it reaches a consistency similar to mousse. (You can also use an electric mixer, this will take a bit longer) Enjoy! After taking this picture I thought it looked like something else ;) but trust me, it's amazing.
