This is the BEST baby or toddler food! I puree 3 large sweet potatoes, then add about a cup of frozen spinach, one large zucchini, one banana, 3 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 3 tsp cinnamon, about a cup of milk to moisten and about 1 cup oats +/-flour. Grill it like pancakes on high temperature. For your baby, break into small bite sizes. Toddlers can eat whole.
