Not so long ago, I started being aware of the chemicals used for the fruit and vegetables I eat, before they get to the supermarket.Bananas go through a  ripening process  - which is supposed to “awaken” them and make them yellow quicker, but isn’t that great for our bodies as it is used with Ethylene or Calcium carbide. These green bananas grow naturally, it might take a while to ripen and they usually don’t get that great yellow color, but they taste real good. by keren

 I don’t like marzipan and would always take chocolate croissant over and almond one but for some crazy reason I love marzipan bread and thinking about it, it’s really just the same as almond croissant. by keren
