Easy Marshmallow Cheesecake - 1 package (about 40) regular sized Marshmallows, 3/4 Cup Milk (pinner used 2%), 2, 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened, 1 tub whipped topping. Whip cream cheese with electric mixer. Melt marshmallows in milk on stove on med-low for about 10 mins. Cool. Add to cream cheese & beat to combine. Fold in Cool Whip & pour into prepared crust. Chill. Serve. Enjoy!
