This may seem really dorky & cheesy, but it’s actually worked! After Jeremy and I moved to Chicago, we realized we started slipping into hold habits. We were eating out a lot rather than cooking dinner. We stopped spending time at the gym, and were just being totally lazy! He had a great idea, that we should make a goal chart! It's fun to give each other check marks. It’s almost like a competition! We set a goal to have 80% of the boxes checked. If we do, by Sunday we treat ourselves!
