Batter: 2 scoops vanilla Perfect Fit Protein 1 Tbs whole wheat flour 1 tsp baking powder 1.5 Tbs coconut sugar 1 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree 4 egg whites 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk Cinnamon swirl: 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 1/2 tsp cinnamon Frosting: 1 Tbs yogurt + sprinkle of stevia. Mix all batter ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. Pour into muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for ~18 minutes.
