Sharon Allen's Frito Dip: Chop 1 each red pepper, yellow pepper, green pepper, and medium onion - put in bowl. Drain 1 small can white corn, add to bowl. Drain and rinse 1 can black beans and 1 can pinto beans, add to bowl. In small saucepan mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup vinegar and 1/2 cup oil; bring to boil and cool. Pour over bean and veggie mixture. Chill. Eat with Frito Scoops or Tortilla Scoops. Yummy and fresh!
